Hi Jon:

Several of my parts suppliers have had good success in wave soldering when
they rotate the board to about 45 degrees.  They generally do this to
overcome poor design for manufacturing.  I would suggest that you experiment
to find the best angle, but from what I have seen, the 45 degree setting
provides the best angle.  Good luck.
