I am trying to put together a comprehensive list of all suppliers of FR4 PCB 
Laminate with conventional glass fabric impregnated with a Pure Difunctional 
(No UV Blocking additives) Epoxy Resin System.  If you know of a supplier 
that can meet our needs, please reply.  Thank you, in advance.

*  Must be 94-VO.

*  Must comply with Mil-S-13949H.

*  Must be able to handle 4 - 5,000 sq ft per week on a "JUST IN TIME" basis.

*  We require panels to be cut to size (12 X 18 and 18 X 24).

*  We need to know if supplier provides edge finishing (bevelled edges) on 
all panels.

*  Only 1 part number is to be shipped in each package/carton.

*  We require labels on each pkg of 24 cut-to-size panels to be printed with: 
	our unique 6 digit part number
	Manufacturing Site (if more than 1)
	Mfg. Date
	Lot #
	GRADE OR TYPE (e.g. FR4)
	Thickness
	Clad per side (e.g. C1/C1)
	Panel Size
	GRAIN Direction
	Construction (e.g. 8 plies 7628)
	Quantity (usually 12 for .029 - .062 and 24 for .010 - .028)
	
*  We require labels on each carton to be printed with the same as above plus 
indication of quantity in carton, #of cartons out of total #shipped, etc.
