Refurbished Screen Printer Recommendations?

We need to add an additional screen printer to our production area. Due to
budget constraints, I was considering looking at refurbished older units
rather than new.  Specifically, I was considering something like MPM's AP-20
or DEK 249's.  I'm looking for any feedback, recommendations, etc. for this
approach. What should I watch for. Are these printers sufficient to keep up
with technology for a couple of years, etc?  Any other printers I should
consider?
