Hey folks,

Hate to take you away from cleanliness questions (although this sorta fits
that category), but I'd like to revisit the topic of plugged/tented
vias...one of our customers has resisted our requests to tent vias under a
BGA, citing contamination concerns. Forum archives don't show this as a
topic for the past several years...can I assume that this is no longer
really an issue?
