Samples,  We sometimes are required to use threadlockers on PCB hardware,
typically to secure hardware during vibration testing.  It is applied at the
final assembly level, after the boards are stuffed and conformal coated.  We
discourage its use in the board itself because we have had problems with the
threadlock material wicking into the laminate of the PWB and changing the
dielectric properties.  Many of these materials are anaerobic curing
&require contact with metal surfaces to cure -- when applied on a plastic
substrate the threadlocker won't cure properly & remains mobile.  Just some
