Ryan,
I asked the same question to an Environmental / Civil Engineering Professor at the University Of South
Florida. The only attempted use that he was aware of was one in which the scrap PWB's were shredded and
mixed with asphalt for a road surface called "Glasphalt". The only problem was the material turned out to
be to abrasive to tires and thus was never used.
