I am looking for a supplier of what has been described by several people
as microwave confetti or tuning pads or tuning tabs.

They look like small (< .100 inch) metalized flakes, and are added onto
microwave striplines in order to tune them.

Seems that everyone has a name for the stuff, but no one can tell me who
sells it.

The bonus question is, what kind of tool is used to pickup and place
these flakes during tuning?
