Ralph: Just off the top of my head I would say that D-275 and 2221/2222 are
roughly the same, although some details may have been cleaned up in 2221/2222
that render the resultant pwb more producible. I haven't done a matrix to
compare the major attributes of the documents, that's an RT job (whenever I
can get Round Toit;-). You might address that question to Gary Ferrari, he
has forgotten more about pwb's than I'll ever know. Susan Manscilla at
Robisan Labs. also has almost profound knowledge of both pwb's and the subject
