Hi Steve,

I have been looking through some of the IPC proceedings and have not
found the paper you referenced. Can you tell me which one it is; in Fall or
Spring, and what year? I would appreciate it. Hey !! I look forward to your
responses to the Questions and problems. I really appreciate your sense of
Humor as well. I don't get involved in the assembly much as I'm a board
engineer involved in the development of new stuff (whatever), although I have
been exposed to some of the problems. I had hoped to meet you at IPC, but did
not go this Spring, it's funny our paths have not crossed there before.
It looks like you, Earl Moon, and I have had some mutual experiences in
the military flight situations.
By the way I also vote for another "Steve day".

Keep up the good work and keep your 'Nose on the Horizon'
 See ya!

Les
