Don,
We have very limited experience with tin immersion boards.
The last board I checked in wave soldering was different from the first
supplier's by showing the white residues I called "wax like".
I also thought that there must be a connection with the no clean flux,
the HASL boards don't show this phenomenon either.
We were not able to achieve good results with any of the samples we got
till now.
