Suggest you contact Branson or Crest for a small table-top unit, 
probably with ultrasonics.  If you are doing both rosin and water 
soluble in same unit, might look into the inorganic saponifier, 
since will do both and not a VOC issue, since you will have it in 
the work area as opposed to in area with exhaust hood, where 
there are other water soluble organic options.  The alkaline 
saponifier will tend to kill the active water soluble residues, 
so should help minimize potential microetching of the solder 
joints from the water soluble flux.
