Hi Joe,

I missed out on the previous threads and just happened to read your post.
ECM, as it's called now, is much more sophisticated.  It is being modeled
and simulated a lot like the plating things I've talked with you about.  As
for precision, though it's not in an electronics environment, think about
little round electric shaver heads.  They're made with ECM using an
electrolytic cell and fixture designed in a CAD environment.
