Snow is good in CO. Lots of economic benefits from skiers, plenty of water
in the reservoirs for all the folks moving in, water for the canals that lead
to eastern CO for the farmers and ranchers, plus ample water to fight forest
fires.
Thus the snow pack numbers are watched carefully by all CO residents- as
snow offers many benefits, even to non-skiers.
BTW- our snow if not the heavy, wet, slushy, 'here's your coronary' east
coast snow-- often very dry powder so the backpack leaf blower removes it from
the sidewalks and driveway in about 20 min.
So John, enjoy the high and soon to be higher taxes on the left coast as you
put it, plus all the crowded roads and cities.
As others have mentioned, I still monitor TN on a daily basis to keep up
with new problems and see how long it takes for the old ones to return- again
and again... often it seems that people want to know how the problem was solved
this week, not how it was solved in the '80s for the first time!
Enjoy your Friday fellow TNers & see you next week!
