This sounds like the stuff in with the flower mix that I buy to seed  flower
beds.

Everything comes in one bag seeds, fertilizer, and the "carrier"; ready for
broadcast.

Carrier looks like used blue cotton bases (cellulose) buffer paper scrap.

Also mix that stuff with grass seed & fertilizer then spray to seed large
areas.

                I just wonder, we generate quite a bit a used blue cotton

                (cellulose) buffer paper scrap which we just discharge.

                Can it be recycled? Are there any companies interested in
it?

                The normal paper recycler don't take it - since it's not
paper obviously.
