Whether or not you can use this machine for lead-free reflow depends on
what the profiles will require for temps and what the heater capability is.
You would be best off to ask Vitronics-Soltec that question.

I have had very good luck with the Vitronics equipment in the past, but
have never used the SMR 400.  Again, Vitronics-Soltec may be a good source.
I would ask them what types of improvements they have made on their ovens
since the SMR 400.  You may also want to find out if replacement parts are
still available.

I am in the process of buying a used machine, Vitronics, SMR 400, which the
owner of this equipment hardly used it.

However, I know nothing about this machine performance.

I know this is a rather old machine, I beleive there are quite number of
