1. CO-015 ISSUE B NOTE 2 STILL COVERS PIN 1 ORIENTATION.
     
     2. CS-002 ISSUE A ALSO COVERS THE PQFP PACKAGE.
     
     3. CURRENTLY, WE DO GET THE SAME ORIENTATION TO THE TRAY CHAMFER.

defines part orientation inside of the tray. Are you getting all of your 
QFP's in the same orientation from different vendors?
