Recently it was mentioned to me that some companies have reverted to
vapour phase (from convection reflow) when reflowing BGA's. My boss
has thus sent me on the case. Has anyone out there reverted back to
vapour phase for this purpose? If so, what has vapour phase added to
your process which convection reflow could not?
