Can anybody advise me of any PCB vendors (bare boards) that supply PCBs for 
use with Chip On Board (high volume). I am also interested in the these 
parameters:

Nickel thickness?
Gold thickness?
Porisoity of gold?
Surface finish?
Gold hardness?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
