I have the following questions regarding qualification of populated,
i.e. assembled, Multichip Modules of Type L:

1.) The standard IPC-6015 contains the qualification and performance
specifications of the unpopulated MCM-L. Am I right?

2.) What standard would you recommend for the qualification of
populated, i.e. assembled, MCM-L's?
