According to the DOD Willoby 10 list MIL STD 2000A  was cancelled by NOT 1 
dated 7 JUN 95.  The list says future acquisitions shall not cite any 
soldering process requirements.

I am searching for the official document which rescinded Mil Std 2000 and I 
would like to know what is supposed to be used as a replacement reference?
