Technology and operations team with extensive experience in PWB as well as
Electronics Packaging and Interconnect in general, looking for "going
concern" PWB facility to purchase. Extensive experience with turnaround and
new technology in very small to large companies. 

Prefer prosperous operation but will consider troubled situation with
potential. Expect to pay fair value based on future business and potential.
Prefer about $20M in sales, readily willing to consider significantly
smaller, might consider somewhat larger. Must have multilayer capability.
Will consider partnership with current management/ownership but not required.
Some preference for Southern California location but readily willing to
consider any continental U.S. location.

Prepared to evaluate and consummate right purchase very quickly and expect
possible sellers to be able to make quick decisions! If you are a principal
