Could you share test data regarding solderability on each
condition with me. From our beaker test Omikron White Tin
showed better result than Dexter's. And what about cost
factor ? As far as I know, if HASL has 1X,  0.6 X for OSP,
1.4 X for Tin and 4.0 X for Immersion Gold.
There is a tendency towarding Immersion Gold, but in the
standpoint of PCB shop too much burden because most
our customer want us kept same price as HASL's. In that
case we have to loose our profit at least $1.0/board ( $
10/ sq. meter).So White Tin seems to me very attractive.
