	There is a chapter in the Boston area, in fact there is a meeting
	on Monday with a presentation from EMC expert Lee Hill (Silent
	Solutions).  Directions follow. I'd fax you the membership appli-
	cation but as of tomorrow IPC Corporate is handling the paperwork
	(and the money) and the form is color and doesn't fax well.  You
	could probably pick up an application at the meeting or perhaps
	an IPC corporate person could send you one if you forward your
	address etc.

	Rt 95 (128) to exit 30B (west).  1/2 mile to Forbes Rd on left.

	will be posted for the meeting site.

	7pm-9pm - Lee Hill, noted EMC (EMI) consultant discusses and demon-
		  strates problems and solutions pertinent to PWB design.
