I think you're referring to test methods within Mil-Std-883.  Test method
1010 is Temperature Cycle, 1011 is Thermal Shock, and 1008 is Stabilization
Bake.  If that sounds right, then follow either of these links for the
standard.  If they don't work, let me know and I can send you a pdf version
of the methods (not the whole standard...too big at 8Meg)
