Subject: [TN] Under Stress

Hi all,

We are currently modeling the response of some of our PWB's to flexure.
One issue which keeps presenting itself is a lack of a good sources for
the mechanical properties of standard high temp FR4/ copper laminate
boards. Although I realize that such properties are stack-up specific,
does anyone have or know of a ranges for these properties. Of interest
would be: modulus of elasticity (in X, Y, Z), Ultimate tensile strength
(UTS), Ultimate shear stress (USS), Poisson's ratio, creep strain rates,
Endurance limits, ect...... This information is of significant
importance to me and I look forward to what ever input you can provide
me with. Sincerely.................Paul Brown
