Hi Bill and All -

Touch up of probe marks and similar is somewhat like self mutilation - it
serves no realistic purpose!!!  Probe marks unless done by a "hack and chop
artist" are inconsequential.

No requirement exists, that I am aware of, to touch up the cosmetics
following normal test activities.  This type touch up can result in a major
cost increase, as well as a significant reduction in the overall product
reliability, not to mention the probability of human error.

LEAVE IT ALONE.
