I don't usually respond to these sorts of email but just had to put in my $
.02.

We have an equipment supplier that I was so mad at that if there were a
place to vent my frustrations I would have done it in a second. After all
it's really easy these days to type your frustrations and just push "SEND".

Now, a few months later I find out that it was not the company but their
rep that was the problem. That rep has been canned and the new person is
terrific. I how have a whole new outlook on this company and their equipment.

The real kicker is, if I had flamed this company at some web page, as Steve
has suggested, I'll bet you a dollar to a donut that I would not think
about or take the time to go back to that web page and clear that good
companies name.

Just my thoughts.
