Victor,

Bar solder? No. I had that happen here when I first started. The bar solder
was taken off the floor at the wave because someone at some time in the
past put a 1-year shelf life on bar solder for some silly reason. Couldn't
find who, when or why that was done, but I had it corrected the first time
it happened with me.
