 Eric,

 1. Work with you PCB supplier and OEM to modify break-away design for
 easier breaking.

 2. How about score-to-break for the fab design?

 3. Depaneling equipment: Radoll Designs; California rep is Joe Moran
@714.625.1113. Check your Nepcon directory for others.

 good luck

We are having a problem with our depanelization methods. These are 3
up panels, 6 x 14 ea.., with tabs on the outside and in between each
board. The problem is stress on the boards when trying to remove ea.
board from the panel. We are bending each board to break of the tabs
on the inside. We are using mouse bites on the tab connections.

If you can understand my muffled description, any help would be
appreciated. Thankz in advanced - Eric Bernal Process Eng...
