The non-lead (thus high Tin) solders could give you some interesting challenges in cleaning/descaling, which previous cleaners may not be up to handling.   We have seen some evidence of this, and have created some answers that handle normal water hardness deposits, as well as the Tin oxide deposits.

Something I use at home is white vinegar - tea Kettle and humidifier 
10 min or less, soak, then rinse.
