Hi,

     I would like to know if anyone can provide some feedback on BGA/Flip
     chip and microBGA rework stations available in the market... We are
     looking at SRT, Conceptronic and AirVac machines... any feedback
     regarding its ability to handle parts ranging 0.100" by 0.100" to 1.5"
     by 2"... We are looking at machines < 75K including accessories... We
     have seen and heard that the vision system, the lighting set-up, and
     the rework heat sources present problems that the vendors do not
     address....
