Hello Lenny,
We have 2 DEK printers. One is Horizon 01 and the other one is Horizon
03. Both are working well. I prefer the Horizon 01 because of the
interface's ease of use and the many equipment characteristics suitable
for NPI jobs we run here.

We got one squeegee head changed after 6 months of use though and
fortunately it was still under the manufacturer's warranty (brand new
machine). The service is good. I always thought that DEK was a
pro-active company that does a lot of R&D for their products. I think
they have a good share of the market...

Regards,
Eric

Subject: [TN] DEK 265GSX stencil printer

We are looking at a new stencil printer and we are seriously considering
the DEK 265GSX. I know little about printers yet am being asked for my
input. so I look to those of you who know more than me.
What is the general consensus of the DEK printers and this one in
particular if possible. Things we should be looking for or staying
away from? Questions we need to be asking, or other vendors preferred?
how about DEK's customer service, parts availability, pricing, general
reliability and ease of use?
Any input is appreciated.
Thanks,
Lenny Carter
