I have been having problems with excessive dross build-up in our wave
solder machine.
We are considering adding marbles to the solder pot. I_ve heard
conflicting advice on whether or not this is a good idea. I have heard
that it may keep the dross down, but it may also increase the
contamination levels. Does a dross layer over the marbles protect the
solder from contamination? DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY ADVICE ABOUT DROSS &
MARBLES?
