Just to throw in my two cents worth on this topic....

There is another Time Measurement method called MOST (Maynard Operational
Sequence Technique). Having used both systems (MTM and MOST) I can tell you
that the application time using MOST is probably three to four times faster.
The application rate for MTM is approximately 3,000 TMU's per hour while
MOST can be applied at the rate of  12,000 TMU's per hour without
sacrificing accuracy. You just might want to consider this method.
