fellow technetters,

plz help me out in this prob of me:

if the design itself is warpage prone( unsymmetrical layers or if the
customer doesn't agree to put extra cu in sig layers

etc etc ) what can be done in that cases

our press cycles are somewhat stabilized and pressure is also optimum

we use kraftpapers for cushioning purpose

if you have any info Pls pass on to me
