Subject: GEN: ISO-9000 the next step?
Dave;
we deal with this problem daily. The trick is to document
a series of procedures by which you can allow yourself
to differ from your standard procedures.
for example, we have a specification that allows us to
handle non-conforming materials differently
than conforming materials.
