I doubt it Ted.

As I said before, when I was using this device (or getting duped) it didn't
remove the chemicals from the water and we still had to scrape the tank
walls every couple of months. We were sure however that the skin of calcium
was thinner after we started using the device although, as I mentioned
before it may have been because we wanted it to!

If you want to eliminate all the calcium, use a traditional water softener.
