normally rinsing is specified in terms of dilution factor.what is the
dilution factor requried in rinses following baths that contain high
dissoved solids?
E.g after acid copper, acid/ alkaline etching, permanganate desmear
etc.(assuming soft or D.I water is used)

sometimes chemistry supplier specify the water turnover in a counter flow
rinses should be 1to 2 bath volume per hour. what is the relationship
between dilution factor and bath turnovers ? In their effort to increase
bath lives, excess amount of water is used than necessary.

how do you fix amount of rinse water required for a particular volume of
dragout(for particular throughput)

thanks in advance
