Does anyone know of standards, specification or studies on the effects of
adjusting bent leads for coplanarity on surface mount? Is there any
effect on the joint reliability? Does the integrity of the lead suffer
after being rebent? Is there limits as to when to rebend a lead, and how
is it measured? Is there a method for rework that has been determined as
best practice?
