Currently I encountered minor spot peeling and sometimes peeling
     all over the panel especially at the panel edges after acid copper
     plating .This puzzle me much because not all the panel within the
     lot are affected and sometimes it does not happen at all.
     An investigation was done which narrow down to within the photoprint
     section .I wish to know if there any correlation if ever between
     rinsing after developing and fluctuation in the rectifier , and its
     possible cause to the above mentioned defect .
