I would like to know why some oems are using gold finish pads on pcb's used
to for lcd attachment by elastomeric strips, while others are using carbon
ink over tin-lead plating. What is the advantage of one over the other?
Also, one manufacturer used regular tin-lead plating on the pcb in the
attachment process
Any input will be greatly appreciated
Thanks
Nasir
