We also have 29 X 29 stencils.  We have been buying a bun rack and making modifications
to it in our machine shop.  The rack in manufactured by New Age Industries
(1-800-255-0104).  It comes with casters and will hold twenty stencils horizontally.
We purchase it from a local restaurant supply company for under $200.  We then make new
cross members to take it out wide enough to accept the 29" stencil.
