     To Whom It May Concern:
     
        What is the latest revision of the EIA-481 "Taping of Surface Mount 
     Components for Automatic Placement" Specification.  I have a copy of 
     the Revision A which is dated February 1986.  I need to make sure I 
     identify the latest revision to our Purchasing department when we 
     procure out SMT components.
