Is there a published Test Method associated with the Microsection 
requirement stated in IPC-RB-276, Section 3.9.2.1 that specifies 
the Average of 3 determinations of copper per side of the hole 
wall. 

I would also like to ascertain what is the official definition of 
an Isolated thick or thin section as IPC sees it.
