MVP and Koh Young make excellent in-line SPI machines, and I am sure there are others out there. I have direct experience with these two machines here and at other client's sites, and we are all very happy (and impressed) with their capabilities. Other machine you might want to check is Cyberoptics.

Dear Technetters,

We are looking to purchase in line solderpaste volume measurement
equipment (budgeted amount is 170K). The only fully automated in line
machines I have seen so far are from one US based manufacturer and a
Korean manufacturer. I am looking to see what are folks on technet using
and their experiences with the tool, both good and bad. Offline comments
