Hello,

Seeking information on cross-sectioning boards that contain micro
vias.

1.) Micro Via size - .004 - .005"
2.) Are there any special procedures to follow?
3.) Is there any new equipment required?
4.) Any lab bottlenecks I need to be aware of.
