Steve/all

There are number of authorized (licensed) IPC training centers for all
the IPC Professional Training and Certification Programs. We do a
pretty decent job of keeping the complete lists and current contact
information online at www.ipc.org/certification. Please note that each
company sets their own schedules and tuition fees.

Contact me offline if you have further questions.

Subject: [TN] IPC J-STD-001 Certified Trainer Courses...

Hey Everybody!

I've just been approached here at work, to become our certified
J-Std-001 Trainer. I know there's hundreds of organizations that offer
this training and certification. Do any of you have a favorite company
that does this? Someone that really is interested in making sure that
you have the skills to become a certified trainer instead of just
meeting the minimum requirements. I honestly don't want this to be a
gimme...if you know what I mean.

I don't mean to downplay anybody's curriculum, but I know that there may
some that are better than others... I'd be interested to hear from you
all.

I also think that it would be a good thing that if I'm going to be our
J-STD-001 Instructor, I should become certified to train to the -7721
repair standards...do you disagree?
