You are right in terms of what I was hoping for but there might be another
way and that would be a Pareto Chart showing what the major causes are with
all of the categories included. (e. g the PCB, the components and the assembly)
though there might be confounding factors. For example, if popcorning made
the list would it be a component problem, a process problem (or a legislative
one... ;-)
