Typically FR-4 has a glass transition temperature of about 140
Celsius. It would not be wise to be in an operating temperature above
this value. All material manufacturers will have there own specific
material specifications. Some of the manufacturers are GE, Allied
Signal, Hitachi, Nanya, Toshiba just to name a few.
A good book with all these specifications is the World Metal Clad
