Hi Bev,
 What I have done in the past is follow our standard uBGA rework
procedures. Of course we are reworking QFNs (similar to LGAs), 14mm X
14mm, 28 pads, mounted on HASL finish .062 FR4 Substraight. Our process
included prepping the lands and then applying paste via micro stencil
for component replacement.
